The Auckland high gain pedal is a hardwired distortion able to give a detailled high gain sound with an unsurpassed level of keeping the low end.

Distortion made tactile

Five 3D animations1,2,3,4,5,6 commissioned by boutique audio brand RJ Amps. The goal with these animations was to create a playful visualization of the core functions of the pedals.

1Blender 3D was used to model the objects in the scene. 2Blender 3D was used to animate the scene. 3Blender Cycles Render engine was used to render the animation. 4After Effects was used to composite the animation. 5Cloth physics simulation was used to give a natural and lively feel to the cables in the scene. 6Animated displacement modifier was used to create the distorted texture.
